  • Levels and contours over entire site
  • Locations of any visible services and/or infrastructures
  • Location of all existing features such as dams, tanks, driveways, retaining walls and other associated physical development
  • Location of the subject building and adjoining buildings and its building eave and gutter and roof ridgelines as well as window levels
  • Location of any existing fencing and type of fence
  • Location of significant trees and shrubs on and overhanging the site
  • Investigation of property boundaries and plotting of the boundaries relative to site features
  • Investigation of easements, restrictions or encumbrances on the site
  • DBYD Search and plotting the information on the plan
