Construction Survey (Building Setout)

Construction survey is a type of surveying activity conducted during the construction phase of a project to ensure that the structures and elements are built according to the design specifications and requirements. It involves the precise measurement, marking, and layout of various components of the construction project, including buildings, roads, utilities, and other infrastructure. Construction surveyors use the design plans and specifications provided by engineers and architects to mark the precise locations and dimensions of structural elements on the ground. This involves setting out reference points, lines, and levels to guide the construction process accurately.

What’s Include:

  • Determine the position of the building relative to the lot boundaries;
  • Place recovery marks (pegs with nails or nails in concrete) for construction;
  • To prepare and supply a sketch showing the marks placed and their offsets to each specific corner.
