Boundary Survey (Boundary Marking)

Boundary marking refers to the process of physically marking or delineating the boundaries of a piece of land or property. This process is typically carried out by registered surveyors and is essential for establishing and maintaining clear and accurate property lines.

What’s Include:

  • Search NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) for title and relevant plans of survey;
  • Locate survey reference marks and occupations as required for the boundary definition;
  • To calculate the position of the property boundaries;
  • To place survey marks at the required Boundary;
  • To prepare and supply a sketch showing working completed and singed by a Registered Surveyor.
